WHAT WE KEEP
Your name, phone number, your bike, its VIN and mileage, and the work we did on it. That is what a shop needs to quote, repair and warranty the right bike.
WHY WE KEEP IT
To call you back, to text a quote, to order parts, and to keep your service history for the warranty. Nothing else.
WHO SEES IT
The service counter, the technician on your bike, the parts suppliers we order from and our accountant. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Inquiries for one year. Repair orders and sales files for seven years, because the state and the IRS both need them.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it. Write to service@countersteermoto.com and you get an answer within 30 days.
