The short version: the written quote is the bill. The rest is detail.
THE QUOTE IS THE BILL
The price on the written quote is the price on the bill, plus Colorado sales tax on parts. If we find something else, we stop, text you a photo and a price, and wait for your yes.
PARTS
Parts are sold at the manufacturer’s list price, with no special-order fee. Parts you bring yourself are fitted at the shop rate, without a parts warranty from us.
PAYMENT
Card, cash or check when you pick the bike up. Special-order parts over $300 need a 50% deposit, refunded in full if the part is not yet ordered.
WARRANTY
Repairs carry a 12-month or 12,000-mile labor warranty, and parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Used bikes carry a 30-day shop warranty on the engine, gearbox and electrics. Wear items like tires, chains and brake pads are covered for defects, not for wear.
STORAGE
Storage is paid for the season or by the month. A bike left more than 30 days after a finished repair moves to storage at $79 a month, after a call and a text.
